Buisquit is currently a pre-launch product. The only thing that exists today is this waitlist. There is no live platform, no property listings, no search functionality, no payments, and no transactions of any kind.

By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in the future platform. Signing up does not create any contractual relationship beyond:

• Receiving a transactional confirmation email acknowledging your registration.
• Receiving launch communications and product updates, if you opted in to marketing emails.
• A reservation of the launch-month discount described below, subject to the conditions in that section.

No money changes hands at sign-up, no service is delivered, and joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side beyond the above.

Buisquit is being built as a peer-to-peer real estate technology platform that connects property owners (landlords and sellers) directly with seekers (renters and buyers). The platform is planned to launch across Slovakia and Czech Republic, with expansion to further EU markets planned thereafter.

Buisquit is a technology platform, not a real estate agency. Specifically:

• Buisquit does not hold a realtor licence or any equivalent regulated professional authorisation in any jurisdiction.
• Buisquit does not represent either party (owner or seeker) in any transaction.
• Buisquit does not act as an intermediary, agent, or broker in the legal sense.
• Buisquit is not a party to any rental or purchase agreement concluded between users.
• Buisquit is not liable for the outcome, terms, enforceability, or performance of any deal made between users.

The platform facilitates direct communication and provides tools (including AI-assisted contract drafting) to help users transact, but the responsibility for the substance of every agreement rests with the parties themselves.

A planned feature called Smart Deal Closingallows users who have reached a verbal agreement inside the platform's internal chat to trigger automatic contract generation. The AI observes the chat conversation, extracts agreed terms (price, deposit, dates, conditions), and populates a localised template to produce a draft PDF contract.

• The generated draft is based solely on what was discussed in the chat. It may not capture every term relevant to your situation.
• You are responsible for verifying that the contract complies with local law (including Slovak tenancy law and the Slovak Civil Code, Czech tenancy law and the Czech Civil Code (Zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., Občanský zákoník), or other applicable national legislation) before signing.
• Buisquit is not liable for errors, omissions, ambiguities, or the unenforceability of any AI-generated document.
• Both parties are strongly encouraged to have the draft reviewed by a qualified lawyer before signing, particularly for high-value or long-term agreements.

Waitlist members may receive a promotional discount on the first month of a paid Buisquit subscription upon platform launch. This offer is a commercial gesture and is not a legally binding offer.

• Buisquit reserves the right to modify, reduce, or cancel the discount at any time before launch, without prior notice and without liability to waitlist members.
• The discount applies only to the first billing period of an eligible paid plan and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Eligibility criteria (if any) will be communicated at the time of launch.

When the Buisquit platform launches, users must agree not to:

• Post fraudulent listings — including listings for properties you do not own or have no authority to list.
• Impersonate property owners or other users — including falsely claiming to be a verified landlord or providing fabricated KYC documents.
• Scrape or harvest data — using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract property listings, user profiles, or any platform data.
• Circumvent platform fees — deliberately moving deal-closing communications off-platform to avoid the Smart Deal Closing fee or any other platform charge.
• Spam or harass other users — including sending unsolicited mass messages or abusing the chat system.
• Violate applicable law — including anti-money laundering regulations, data protection law (GDPR), or Slovak and Czech consumer protection rules.

Buisquit reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

All intellectual property in the Buisquit platform — including but not limited to the software, design, branding, logo, AI models, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Buisquit. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Buisquit's intellectual property other than as necessary to use the platform as intended.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform, including property photos, documents, and descriptions. By uploading content you grant Buisquit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, process, and where necessary reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You warrant that any content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain illegal material, and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law (Zákon č. 40/1964 Zb., Občiansky zákonník, and applicable consumer protection legislation):

• Buisquit provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — as to its fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
• Buisquit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or data loss.
• Buisquit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform is capped at the amount you paid to Buisquit in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date of the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer resident in Slovakia or Czech Republic, mandatory consumer protection rights under Slovak law, Czech law, and applicable EU law are not affected by this clause.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenská republika (Slovak Republic), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Buisquit operates in Slovakia and Czech Republic; however, the governing law remains Slovak law as the jurisdiction of the contracting entity.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms — including their validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. This does not deprive consumers in Czech Republic of mandatory protections available under Czech law or EU consumer law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Buisquit may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify registered waitlist members by email (where you have provided a valid address).

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account.
